Pascal Fuchs combines sound business expertise with many years of experience in financial accounting, financial reporting and corporate financial management. After completing his degree in Business Administration at ZHAW, with a focus on Accounting, Controlling and Auditing, he further strengthened his professional expertise by obtaining the Swiss Federal Diploma as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting in 2022.

His areas of work include financial accounting, the preparation of financial statements, business analyses, liquidity planning, controlling and the financial management of companies. Through his experience in different industries, company sizes and functions, Pascal understands the challenges faced by SMEs from various perspectives – from operational accounting to strategic decision-making.

His focus is on not only recording figures correctly, but also presenting them in a clear and meaningful way so that they can be used as a basis for business decisions. For him, well-managed accounting is more than an administrative duty: it creates transparency, security and orientation for corporate management.

Alongside his work as a company accountant, Pascal is also a lecturer in financial management at Wirtschaftsschule KV Winterthur. In this role, he teaches practical knowledge in the areas of accounting, financial management and entrepreneurial thinking.

Pascal places great importance on clear communication, reliable collaboration and a practical view of his clients’ financial situation.

Cedric Zimmermann is a Partner of the firm with more than ten years of experience in international tax advisory and private client services. He gained his expertise at leading global firms, including KPMG and Deloitte, advising individuals and international clients on complex tax matters.

Today, Cedric advises private individuals, expatriates, and high-net-worth clients on a wide range of tax issues, with a particular focus on international and cross-border matters. His services include personal tax advisory, tax return preparation, and ongoing support tailored to the needs of internationally mobile clients.
